We use ozonated water as a cleaning agent, an all-natural and environmentally safe solution. Ozone breaks down into oxygen after use, leaving no harmful residues. In addition, we use BIO cleaning products that are safe for health and planet-friendly, which is part of our sustainability policy.
- Low-emission fleet:
We are investing in low-emission vehicles to reduce our carbon footprint.

We actively support and promote participation in initiatives such as World Blood Donation Day, Safe Driver Day, Bee Day and many other similar events. Such actions not only promote responsible attitudes, but also integrate our team around common values and goals, such as environmental protection, care for safety and concern for the health and well-being of society.

Our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy is an expression of our mission to build a sustainable future.
For us, the integration of these two areas is crucial not only for the success of the company, but also for social and environmental wellbeing. Our CSR and ESG activities cover a wide range of initiatives, each reflecting our deep commitment to ethics, equality and sustainability.
- Foundation for people with disabilities – Ever closer to you
One of the pillars of our CSR commitment is to run our own foundation for the benefit of people with disabilities, including the deaf.
Through this initiative, we aim to ensure equal access to resources and opportunities, as well as promoting the social and professional integration of people with disabilities.
The foundation’s activities focus on education, professional support and the promotion of arts and culture among people with disabilities, enabling them to participate more fully and actively in society.
Mentees also have the opportunity to meet regularly with a job coach, enabling them to gain practical experience and make valuable professional contacts. The Foundation is also committed to developing interpersonal and adaptive skills by organising workshops that help mentees cope more effectively with everyday challenges.
- Support for local initiatives
Understanding the importance of close relationships with local communities, we regularly organise events to help the ‘Friends of the Friars Minor Shelter’.
These activities not only bring help to animals in need, but also integrate our employees and promote values such as empathy and responsibility for our smaller brothers and sisters.
As part of the 2023 Christmas collection, we donated dry and wet food worth a total of 10,000 to the shelter. In addition, thanks to the commitment of our employees, we collected textiles that weighed a total of around 750 kg.
- Promotion of women’s equality in the business environment
As a supporting partner of the ‘Top Woman in Real Estate’ conference, we are actively working to promote equality for women in business.
Through our support for this and similar events, we aim to create a space for women to share experiences, make professional contacts and promote women’s leadership.
We also aim to raise awareness of the challenges faced by women in business and to support initiatives that contribute to increasing their presence and influence in key sectors of the economy.
- Cooperation with firefighter organisations
Our commitment to safety and prevention also manifests itself through regular support for firefighting galas organised by the Provincial Branch of the Polish Voluntary Fire Brigades Association of the Mazowieckie Province and the prevention officers of the State Fire Service.
Through these activities, we raise awareness of fire prevention, promote a proactive approach to safety and educate the public on appropriate responses to hazards.
The collaboration with firefighting organisations aims not only to honour their work, but also to strengthen public awareness of the crucial role they play in protecting life and property.
Our commitment to community development is reflected not only in environmental and educational initiatives, but also in actively supporting sporting talent.
We understand that sport is not only a way to live a healthy life, but also an important tool for social integration, character building and the promotion of positive values.
